It would be a good idea for our family to pick up one of these books for our trip. Our kids are still small enough that we have to deal with “problems” especially behaviorally. I must admit that I got my kids iPhones so they can watch TV and keep them out of trouble. Since they won’t (and shouldn’t want to) use their iPhones in the park, I am anticipating problems keeping both of them interested. My wife plans out everything in advance so that will be helpful. I AM glad that we have the phones for the car. I have my DISH Network employee DVR connected to a Sling box that sends live or recorded TV to our phones.

Thanks, ladies. Darlene... while it's tempting (and ideal) to get all of the adults on the same page, I think that each and every constructive interaction makes a difference. In fact, sometimes I think that if they are radically different than what the child is experiencing elsewhere, you may have a greater impact. Best of luck in a tough and very important role.

I haven't read the book as of yet..Just what I have read about the book has convinced me I should..I work as a 1:1 para and my job though trying at times is rewarding when you find the niche that works, but I feel I have to have the whole unit of support as trial and error, to see success..I would love to read this book and share it with collegues..

I am delighted to have access to How to Talk to Your Kids About the Law of Attraction and give our daughter an opportunity to understand this at a young age (and they do get it!).

You've got such a great line up of authors and books here. Now that it's finally summer, I was just browsing the web for some good summer reads and found your blog. It's easy for me to say that I could pick any of these books up and start reading and know that I'll enjoy them. And what's even better? Getting to listen to your interview with the author is like listening into my own bookclub! Such a great idea!

I think I'll have to get a copy of this book since my work is all about mom entrepreneurs. It sounds like Dychtwald has really done her research.
