Book #1 Living the Law of Attraction: Real Stories & Book #2 How to Talk to your Kids about the Law of Attraction

Living the Law of Attraction
You've seen The Secret. You've heard about it on Oprah. Maybe you've even read books on the Law of Attraction. But as they say, "The proof is in the pudding!" In this book, you’ll read real-life accounts of success stories from people who are truly Living the Law of Attraction. How do people put the principles of the Law of Attraction to work for themselves? How do ordinary people manifest extraordinary things in their lives? You will notice that those who have applied this law into their everyday lives are experiencing what used to be considered miracles. What was once miraculous is now commonplace ... everyday miracles.

You'll read amazing stories of healing ... how people recovered from life-threatening illnesses and near-death experiences. You’ll be inspired by the courage people have to transform their lives in order to realize their dreams. You’ll applaud the strength of those who have overcome adversity to triumph in life. And in case you didn’t before, you will truly understand how the Law of Attraction is always working for you.

There are many excellent books written by powerful teachers discussing the Law of Attraction. This book, as the title implies, is about the application of the law. It will show you that anyone in any situation, regardless of age, sex, economic background, or past negative experiences can practice it and experience greater levels of happiness, love, and abundance.

"We are all incredibly powerful manifesters ... we just need to apply the principles."- Rich German

How to Talk to Your Kids About the Law of Attraction
In the process of writing our book, Living the Law of Attraction, Real Stories of People Manifesting Health, Wealth and Happiness, we talked to many, many people about their personal experiences with the Law of Attraction. We quickly picked up on a common underlying sentiment. “I wish I had learned about this when I was much younger. My life would have been so different!” And, “How can I teach this to my kids so they have this knowledge even from an early age?”

Then I read something my friend Cindy Day wrote in her book, The Life of Your Dreams in 30 Days or Less. She wrote, “From birth, we were taught by others who weren’t aware of the Law of Attraction. We were taught all wrong! Which means, we need to forget what we’ve been taught!” That really made me think. What have I really been telling my kids for the past 17 years? What message have I been sending? And then I realized, what an opportunity! I have the knowledge and tools to potentially change the course of my children’s lives forever.

That's why I wrote this book. Everyone agrees. Parents need a new script! In this eBook, you'll find:
  • In simple terms, what is the Law of Attraction?
  • How to talk about Feelings
  • The importance of Gratitude
  • How to talk about Wishes
  • Fun "games" and "exercises" to do with your children
  • Real-life stories from kids and teens
  • And much more!

Book Review: Courage and Croissants, Inspiring Joyful Living, A Story and Life Guidebook by Suzanne Saxe-Roux and Jean P. Roux

Courage and Croissants, Inspiring Joyful Living, A Story and Life Guidebook set in San Francisco and the south of France, is a story and life guidebook featuring a dual-career professional couple with a young daughter who took the risk to go in search of what was truly important to them. At its heart is a love of family and the desire for quality of life. This book will inspire you to manifest your dreams and provide immediate actions you can take to create a life of good health, balance and joy.

Candid and inspiring, Suzanne and Jean- Pierre willingly acknowledge that the American Dream, as they were brought up to believe, has changed and the cost to one’s family, one’s health, and one’s own well-being can only be sustained for a period of time, not for 40 years or more. Along with millions of stressed out, busy professionals, Suzanne and Jean tell a great story and provide a life guidebook that is full of courageous and simple changes that can help us all create the lifestyles we want to live wherever we are.

Suzanne and Jean are late baby boomers, highly educated professionals who had a daughter late in life after 17 years of marriage. They have a life many would envy, but it hasn’t helped them live the life they so desire – a perfectly balanced life. What they have learned by living in a small village in the south of France is that there are many simple ways to bring joie de vivre into your daily family life and at the same time some changes require a great deal of courage and patience, but all are possible.

The husband and wife team, Suzanne Saxe-Roux, Ed.D., and Jean P. Roux, Ph.D., LMFT, have over the last twenty-five years developed, consulted, coached, and trained thousands of people to become the best they can be both personally and professionally. As successful professionals and entrepreneurs in their own right, Suzanne and Jean Pierre, offer a fresh slant on adventuring through change, life transitions and recommitting to live a balanced and quality life. Suzanne is author of The Consultative Approach, Partnering for Results! and numerous workshops and articles. She is a columnist for the SF Examiner online, an avid blogger for www.healthyjoyfullivingblog.com and a national speaker inspiring busy professionals to take responsibility to create a life that embraces joie de vivre. Book Review: Washington DC's Most Wanted: The Top 10 Book of Tourist Treasures, Powerful Politicians, and Capital Wonders (Paperback)

Long a family-friendly tourist destination and educational mecca for students, Washington, DC, is immediately recognizable for its world-class museums and monuments riddled with symbolism.

Washington’s other signature stamp—politics—attracts visitors of a different kind. Power players from around the globe gather in the nation’s capital to make history. But that’s not all there is to the city. Part tour guide, part trivia book, Washington, DC’s Most Wanted™ shows you its ins and outs (and sometimes confusing roundabouts).

Included in the book’s many chapters are top-ten lists on homegrown artists, authors, and athletes; historic hotels and bars known for their patrons’ wheelings and dealings; local hauntings and lore; and, of course, memorable scandals that erupted within the originally diamond-shaped district. Native Washingtonians, as many know, are few and far between, but even they will find a treasure trove of entertaining facts inside these pages.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS:
Norman Polmar is a leading expert on naval and aviation matters. An internationally known analyst, consultant, and award-winning author, Polmar has written more than 40 books, including, with K. J. Moore, Cold War Submarines: The Design and Construction of U.S. and Soviet Submarines (Brassey’s, ISBN 1-57488-594-4) and Historic Naval Aircraft: From the Pages of Naval History Magazine (Brassey’s, ISBN 1-57488-572-3). He is a columnist for the U.S. Naval Institute's Proceedings and Naval History magazines. Polmar lives in the Washington, DC, area.

Brigette Polmar, Norman’s daughter-in-law, is a broadcast journalist and writer who has spent more than a decade covering Washington as a Capitol Hill correspondent for television stations across the country. She lives in the Washington, DC, area.

Shut Up and Eat: Tales of Chicken, Children & Chardonnay by Kathy Buckworth

Shut Up and Eat!, humourist and parenting author Kathy Buckworth applies her razor-sharp wit to an examination of the family meal. Experts claim that sitting down to eat together can prevent children from getting into trouble while simultaneously creating close-knit families.

In Buckworth’s opinion, that’s an awful lot to expect from a meatloaf! What about the son who thinks his food tastes better on the blue plate with the fish? Or the daughter who won’t eat anything green? And let’s not even talk about the mom who’d rather be doing anything but standing in front of the stove (drinking a glass of wine comes immediately to mind).

Laugh-out-loud funny, more accurate than most of us would care to admit—and with a few recipes thrown in for good measure— Shut Up and Eat! is a must-read for any woman who’s ever wondered: What the hell am I cooking tonight?
