ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
In 2005, after a life-long battle with obesity, Claudine decided enough was enough. Not willing to go the surgery route and wanting to do what was best for her health, she worked hard and through diet and exercise lost 172 lbs. She retrained her brain (and stomach!) to accept smaller portions and substitutions and eventually went from short walks to jogging, personal training sessions, nutrition sessions, and working out with weights. She shares her favorite tips in her Diet & Fitness Journal’s introduction and information pages.
